Know Before You Jet Set! 🗺️

• Destination Check: Every country has different pet import regulations. We recommend checking the required vaccinations and documents well in advance.
• Microchip Matters: Make sure your pet is microchipped for identification purposes.
• Carry-on Critters: Small pets (under 20 lbs including the carrier) can travel in the cabin with you. The carrier needs to fit comfortably under the seat in front of you (dimensions provided below).
• Pet ID: Don’t forget your pet’s ID tags and license!

Booking Your Pet’s Flight 🐶🐱

Ready to book your pet’s spot on the plane? You have a few options:

• Online: Book your pet’s travel online through our user-friendly website.
• App it Up: Download our free Pets Transit Agency app for easy booking on the go.
• Call Us: Our friendly customer service representatives are happy to answer your questions and help you book over the phone.

Pet Fees and All You Need to know as Pet Parents

• Pet Fee: The pet fee is under $500 each way and can be easily added during the booking process.
• Two’s the Limit: Only two pets are allowed per passenger.
• Book Early! Space for pets on flights is limited, so plan ahead to secure your spot.
• Mint Condition: While we love pampered pets, unfortunately, they can’t travel in our Mint Class cabins.
• Interline/Codeshare No-Fly Zone: Pets are not allowed on interline/codeshare bookings.

Check-In Time! 🧳

Once you’ve paid your pet fee and have your pet’s confirmation code, you can check in:

• Online Check-In: Skip the line and check in your pet 24 hours before your flight using our website or app.
• Airport Kiosk: Check in at a designated kiosk at the airport.
• Full-Service Counter: Our friendly staff at the full-service counter can assist you with check-in and provide you with a special JetPaws® bag tag for your pet’s carrier. This tag includes handy Petiquette® tips for traveling with your pet.

Security Checkpoint

• X-Ray Time: Your pet will need to be removed from the carrier briefly while it goes through the x-ray machine.
• TSA Pre✓® Lane Friendly: If you’re a TSA Pre✓® member, you can bring your pet through the security screening fast lane.
• Stroller Check: Need to bring a pet stroller? We can gate-check it for free to be delivered at your arrival gate.

Relax and Enjoy the Flight! 🐶

• Cozy Carrier: Your pet must remain inside their carrier throughout the flight.
• Post-Security Relief Areas: Some airports have designated pet relief areas after security. Otherwise, you’ll need to exit the airport and re-clear security if your pet needs a bathroom break.

• Health & Docs: Up-to-date vaccinations and any required documentation for your destination.
• Identification: Pet ID tags and license.

• Travel Essentials: Pack some treats, chews, a favorite toy with your scent, and any other supplies your pet might need.
